1.Penstock & Power House design and understanding of constuctions, fabrication, erection process / sequences ; practicle considerations for calculation of construction period for these components.
2.Flushing discharge to be allowed because of limited information regarding quantity and type of sediment inflow.

By issue #2, did you mean one of the most pressing issues is understanding system power losses due to sediment basin flushing when a design is created and not enough data exists regarding stream sediment content?
